• Notebooks, pens, and stationery
• Custom printed or personalised items

3. Ordering Process

• Orders are placed through our website
• Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email
• Acceptance of your order occurs when we dispatch the goods

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including where misuse or unlawful use of products is suspected.

4. Prices & Payment

• All prices are shown in GBP (£)
• Prices do not include VAT, as we are not VAT registered
• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering
• We accept payment via secure third-party payment providers

Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

5. Custom Printing & Personalisation

Where products are customised or personalised:

• You are responsible for ensuring all text, logos, and artwork are correct and lawful
• You confirm that you have permission to use any logos or designs provided
• We are not responsible for copyright or trademark infringements in customer-supplied content
• Custom items are produced based on the details you approve

⚠️ Custom or personalised items cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless faulty.

6. Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates only and may vary
• Custom printed items may require longer lead times
• We are not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g. couriers, suppliers)

Risk passes to you once goods are delivered.

7. Returns & Refunds

Standard (Non-Custom) Items

• You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations
• Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging

Custom / Personalised Items

• Not eligible for return or refund unless faulty or incorrect due to our error

Faulty Items

• Faults must be reported within a reasonable time
• We may offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate

8. Acceptable Use & Misuse of Products

Some products (including security uniforms and equipment) must be used lawfully and responsibly.

By purchasing, you agree that:

• Products will not be used for unlawful impersonation
• You are responsible for lawful use after purchase

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
• Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied
