This policy applies to all products sold by G&D Creative Solutions Ltd, including security uniforms, PPE, equipment, accessories, and customised items.

1. Lawful Use of Products

By purchasing products from our website, you confirm that all items will be used lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with UK law.

Our products must not be used for:

• Unlawful impersonation of security personnel
• Misrepresentation of authority
• Any criminal, deceptive, or misleading activity

2. Security Uniforms & Identification

Some products sold by G&D Creative Solutions Ltd resemble or are intended for use as security uniforms or equipment.

You acknowledge that:

• Wearing security-style uniforms does not grant legal authority
• Certain roles require appropriate licensing or accreditation (e.g. SIA, CSAS)
• It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements

We accept no responsibility for misuse of uniforms or equipment once supplied.

3. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or delay orders where we reasonably believe that:

• Custom printing may enable impersonation or misuse
• Information provided is misleading or incomplete

Where an order is refused prior to production, a refund will be issued.

4. Custom Printing & Logos

For custom printed or personalised items:

• Customers must have permission to use any logos, text, or designs provided
• We will not accept responsibility for copyright or trademark breaches
• We reserve the right to refuse designs that suggest authority, accreditation, or status that cannot be lawfully held

5. PPE & Equipment Use

PPE and equipment sold through our website are intended for general use only.

• It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure suitability for their specific role or environment
• We do not provide professional or safety advice unless expressly stated
• PPE must be used in accordance with manufacturer instructions and relevant regulations

6. Limitation of Responsibility

Once products are delivered:

• Responsibility for lawful and appropriate use rests with the purchaser
• G&D Creative Solutions Ltd is not liable for misuse, misrepresentation, or unlawful activity involving supplied products

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

7. Reporting Concerns

If we become aware that products supplied by us are being used unlawfully or inappropriately, we reserve the right to:

• Refuse future orders
• Cooperate with relevant authorities where legally required
