Custom Printing & Personalisation Policy

This policy applies to all products sold by G&D Creative Solutions Ltd that include custom printing, embroidery, or personalisation.

1. What Is Considered a Custom or Personalised Item

A custom or personalised item includes any product that has been:

• Printed, embroidered, or altered with text, names, numbers, logos, or artwork
• Made to order based on customer specifications
• Modified in any way that makes the item unique to the customer

This applies to clothing, uniforms, PPE, accessories, stationery, and any other product offered with personalisation options.

2. Customer Responsibility

When placing an order for a custom item, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring all text, spelling, sizing, and positioning details are correct
• Ensuring any logos or artwork provided are accurate and suitable for printing
• Confirming you have the legal right to use any logos, trademarks, or designs supplied

By submitting artwork or text, you confirm you have permission to use it and that it does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

3. Artwork, Logos & Copyright

• We do not verify ownership of logos or designs supplied by customers
• Responsibility for copyright or trademark infringement lies with the customer
• We reserve the right to refuse to print any design that we believe may be unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate

4. Proofs & Approval

Where applicable:

• A proof may be provided for approval before production
• Once approved, the order will proceed to production
• We are not responsible for errors that were present in approved proofs

If no proof is requested or required, production will proceed based on the information provided at checkout.

5. Production & Lead Times

• Custom items are produced to order
• Production times may vary depending on the product and workload
• Delivery estimates for custom items are not guaranteed

Delays may occur due to supplier issues, equipment issues, or high demand.

6. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

 Important Notice

• Custom or personalised items cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has begun
• This includes errors in spelling, sizing, or design supplied or approved by the customer

Refunds or replacements will only be offered if:

• The item is faulty
• The personalisation does not match the approved details due to our error

This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Colour, Size & Placement Variations

• Colours may vary slightly from on-screen images due to display settings
• Print and embroidery placement may vary slightly due to garment size or production methods
• Minor variations are not considered faults

8. Refusal of Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel custom printing orders if:

• Designs are offensive, misleading, or unlawful
• There is concern about misuse of uniforms or impersonation
• Information provided is incomplete or unclear

In such cases, a refund will be issued if production has not started.
